- Preparing, transcribing, and formatting legal documents from digital dictation systems.
- Producing accurate and professionally presented documentation within tight deadlines.
- Handling client and professional correspondence, including answering telephone calls and liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and lenders.
- Managing legal files on the case management system and maintaining an organised filing system.
- Assisting solicitors and paralegals with diary management, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a conveyancing team.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
