If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!We are recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our client, a national law firm. This is a full time, permanent position, offering the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive legal environment. As a key part of the team, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and paralegals, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of client transactions.The Role:
  • Preparing, transcribing, and formatting legal documents from digital dictation systems.
  • Producing accurate and professionally presented documentation within tight deadlines.
  • Handling client and professional correspondence, including answering telephone calls and liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and lenders.
  • Managing legal files on the case management system and maintaining an organised filing system.
  • Assisting solicitors and paralegals with diary management, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
About You:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a conveyancing team.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience with case management software and digital dictation systems.
