EB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join the Edinburgh office of a well-established Scottish Law firm.

Based within the firms Dispute Resolution team, this role will support a Partner. This varied and busy role will involve supporting the Partner with daily administrative and secretarial duties.

  • Diary management
  • Coordinate various meetings
  • Organise travel and accommodation
  • Email management
  • Answer telephones
  • Manage all relevant communications - internally and externally
  • Provide digital dictation support where required
  • Maintain client information on the firm’s legal system
  • Prepare meeting and client documentation when required
  • Event management
  • Opening and closing of client matters
  • Assist with fee earner billing and finance procedures within the firm

Skills and experience required:

  • Candidates must have gained Litigation/Dispute Management experience within a legal firm at Administrative or Secretarial level
  • Highly organised with a flexible approach to work
  • Possess professional communication skills, with ability to liaise at all levels
  • Experience of digital dictation and willingness to support when required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
