- Provide secretarial support to the wider team, help with all administrative tasks
- Support Solicitors with financial management
- Create monthly invoices to issue to client
- Manage diaries of all fee earners
- Arrange internal and external appointments
- Book meeting rooms of both internal ad external venues
- Proof read and amend legal reports
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
- Experience working in a Corporate/Commercial setting desired but not essential
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Experience in case management systems
- Ability to prioritise/organise
- Ability to manage own workload
- Ability to delegate where necessary
