More About the Day to Day
- The role involves investigating high value claims, covering every aspect from policy coverage to litigation, gathering evidence and supporting principal fee earners in case preparation
- You will manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to catastrophic injuries and large loss
- Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity and empathy
- Taking statements from witnesses
- Investigating claims
- Reviewing medical records
Have you got what it takes?
- Do you have previous experience in general or specialised personal injury law or civil litigation, or come from a commercial litigation background?
- Are you seeking to make a real difference in a client facing role?
- Have you had firsthand experience in providing strong litigation knowledge to clients already?
- Previous experience working within personal injury is required
