More About the Day to Day

  • The role involves investigating high value claims, covering every aspect from policy coverage to litigation, gathering evidence and supporting principal fee earners in case preparation
  • You will manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to catastrophic injuries and large loss
  • Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity and empathy
  • Taking statements from witnesses
  • Investigating claims
  • Reviewing medical records

Have you got what it takes?

  • Do you have previous experience in general or specialised personal injury law or civil litigation, or come from a commercial litigation background?
  • Are you seeking to make a real difference in a client facing role?
  • Have you had firsthand experience in providing strong litigation knowledge to clients already?
  • Previous experience working within personal injury is required
