Commercial & Residential Property Paralegal - City Centre Estate Agent & SolicitorsLocation: City Centre (Hybrid Working Available)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PMSalary: Competitive, based on experienceA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial & Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established estate agent and solicitors firm in the heart of the city. This role offers hybrid working and the chance to develop your career in a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Managing a caseload of both commercial and residential property transactions from instruction to completionDrafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documentsConducting title checks, property searches, and due diligenceLiaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other third partiesHandling post-completion matters, including registration and financial settlementsEnsuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:A minimum of 12 months' experience in a commercial or residential property paralegal roleStrong knowledge of property law and conveyancing proceduresExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage a busy caseload independently and meet deadlinesStrong client care and communication skills
