- Conducting legal analysis of conflicts and confidentiality issues and reviewing conflict check results.
- Advising and supporting the Conflicts Committee/Partner by collecting relevant information and making recommendations.
- Identifying and addressing commercial, risk, and reputational issues at the client acceptance and conflict-checking stages.
- Collaborating with partners and fee earners to resolve conflicts, manage confidentiality, and provide advice on terms of engagement.
- Attending and contributing to Conflicts Committee/Partner meetings, and ensuring decisions are communicated and implemented effectively.
- Liaising with the Business Acceptance Unit (BAU) to establish appropriate confidentiality protocols.
- Analytical & Commercial Insight: The ability to think laterally and provide practical solutions under tight deadlines.
- Organizational Excellence: Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
