RTA Personal Injury Paralegal – Edinburgh

One of Scotland's premier Law firms is determined to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team in Edinburgh on a full-time, permanent basis.

More about the day to day :

  • The role involves a large client focus where you’d be expected to investigate cases at pre-litigation stage
  • You will collect evidence and support principal fee earners in case preparation
  • You will manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to RTA files
  • Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity and empathy

You will:

  • Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents
  • Take statements from witnesses
  • Investigate claims
  • Review medical records

Do you have previous experience in general or specialised personal injury law, civil litigation or come from a commercial litigation background?

Have you carried out first-hand experience in providing strong litigation knowledge to clients already?
