This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning, chartered practice who provide expert design services to the property and construction industry. They are on the lookout for an established Senior Architect to lead on various complex projects within the residential, retail, and leisure sectors for their Edinburgh studio.
To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architect, the individual will be ARB registered and have Extensive experience as an Architect post RIBA part 3 qualification, within a UK practice. It is essential that the individual is able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit, with a background in managing complex projects within the residential sector. Proven experience working across all RIBA work stages and strong Building regulation knowledge will bolster ones application.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
- Successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification
- ARB registered
- Significant post qualification experience within a UK practice as an Architect
- Background in managing and leading complex projects across a range of sectors
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong knowledge of purpose-built student accommodation
- Strong design and technical detailing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Live within a commutable distance to the Edinburgh area
