As a Site Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the site team — ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing essential site documentation to coordinating meetings and supporting health and safety compliance, you’ll play a vital part in keeping operations on track.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Organising and maintaining site documentation, records, and data.
- Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinating meetings and managing site visitor logs.
- Supporting procurement and liaising with suppliers.
- Monitoring site supplies and ensuring the site office is well-equipped.
- Assisting with health and safety documentation and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar administrative role — construction experience is a plus!
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Understanding of construction processes and health & safety is desirable.
