Our client, a dynamic law firm, is looking for a driven Business Development/Administration Assistant to join their growing team in Edinburgh City Centre.

Salary: £26,000-28,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Your Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development: Unleash your creative side by developing a social media calendar and crafting posts for various platforms. You'll also assist in planning business development events and keep the CRM database up to date with key client contacts.
- Reception (2 Days a Week): Be the friendly face of the firm! You'll manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle calls, and coordinate meeting room facilities. Plus, help with organising in-house events and keeping communal areas in top shape.

PA Support: When team members are out, you'll step in with essential administrative tasks-think file management, document formatting, client contact updates, and even assisting with billing. Your attention to detail will be key in ensuring smooth operations.

You're not just organised - you're a people person with a knack for juggling multiple tasks. Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a must, along with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
