Working Pattern: Full Time 35 hours per week (Flexible hours between 7 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday)

What You'll Do:

  • Work in a physical records warehouse, locating and preparing paper files for review or transportation across the organisation's network.
  • Employ safe manual handling techniques to access and move files efficiently.
  • Select files for destruction, ensuring correct data is chosen and prepared for confidential waste disposal.
  • Utilise IT systems for data entry and updating information accurately.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to maintain the highest standards of records management.

  • A detail-oriented individual with strong team working skills.
  • Physically capable of moving paper files and walking across large warehouse spaces.
  • Eager to learn and adapt, with full training provided!
