Assistant Site Manager

Activus Recruitment are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our clients team in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.

Requirements and Duties:

• Experience in refurbishment or fully fit out works.
• Responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary tasks, checking the operatives progress, and acting to ensure that the task is carried out in sequence and in good quality.
• To assist the Site Manager to control multiple trade contractors.
• To be capable of supervising the site for short periods of time or covering sites to facilitate annual leave of colleagues.
• Delivery of a quality product with zero defects at handover.
• CSCS essential
• SSSTS/SMSTS

Contract timescale 6-7 months.
Rate is negotiable DoE
