Walker Cole International is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for a biopharmaceutical company.
Key responsibilities as the Manufacturing Team Lead:
- Direct line management of manufacturing biotechnologists and their teams working in a controlled clean room environment
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of direct and indirect reports working in Sterile Aseptic Manufacturing of Biopharmaceutical products.
- Schedule activities and manufacturing efforts in the facility to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure GMP Compliance is maintained at all times during the operations of the team, and escalate any significant deviations to the senior leadership team.
A successful Manufacturing Team Lead will exhibit:
- Team Leadership experience in a GMP Environment in either a manufacturing or production focussed role.
- Previous experience with GMP clean room operations and sterile manufacturing standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across various levels of seniority
