We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 construction contractor in delivering a high-value, complex construction project in Edinburgh.
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, taking control of a range of key works packages over the lifecycle of the project.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project plans.
- Enforce strict health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections to mitigate risks.
- Ensure all work meets building regulations and contractual quality requirements.
- Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors, fostering a productive work environment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Plan and manage site logistics, resources, and schedules to optimise project delivery.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with a Tier One Main Contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and building regulations.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
