Your New Employer:

Regional housebuilder with an enviable reputation in the market and extremely low staff turnover. Due to natural expansion, they have a requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join their operations team on a permanent basis.

Your New Role:

You will become a key member of the management team, delivering a new build flatted development in Edinburgh.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, you should be an energetic and driven Site Manager with experience in a similar capacity for another leading housebuilder.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors.
• Experience of working to the highest NHBC standard.
• Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site.
• Keeping site records and registers up to date.
• Keep records and maintain electronic filing system.
• Ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit.
• Quality Control.
• Authorising timesheets for trades and labour.
• Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site.

Key Criteria:

• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager with another housebuilder.
• Flatted Development experience.
• Trade or Construction Management Degree.
• Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines.
