Site Manager

Contract Scotland are delighted to be working with a busy internals contractor, based in Edinburgh, to source an experienced Site Manager to lead a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the East of Scotland.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing projects around the £1m mark, a joinery background is preferable but not essential. You'll be a driven and professional individual with a track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Day-to-day site management.
- Ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining and developing site records.
- Pushing forward projects in line with budget.
- Driving project quality standards.
- Maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to work on a diverse range of projects within a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, residential, hotel and leisure, and much more!
