Are you a skilled Site Manager with experience in educational fit-outs? We're looking for a freelance professional to oversee a comprehensive school renovation project. If you excel in planning, managing teams, and ensuring project timelines, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to meet project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns swiftly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management, ideally with school or educational project backgrounds.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications in site management or construction.
- Valid CSCS card and other site management certifications preferred.
- SMSTS, 1st Aid
