This forward-thinking construction company operate within a range of sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, hospitality, retail, and more, delivering fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects.

As Site Manager, you will play a leading role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
- Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the management team.
- Implement and maintain exceptional quality assurance processes.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and design teams.

To be considered for this role you will have:
- A proven track record as a Site Manager within a main contracting environment.
- Experience working within live environments and fast-track programmes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to site challenges.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
