Tec-source is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager for a £60 million project in Edinburgh starting ASAP.
The role involves overseeing works in occupied houses within the Edinburgh council areas, including fire door replacements and sprinkler installations.
Candidates must have previous experience on similar projects and ideally be a qualified Joiner.
A minimum qualification of SMSTS or SSSTS is required for this position.
The salary for this role is negotiable based on experience, ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 per annum.

Site Project Manager - Edinburgh

Tec-source are looking for an experienced Site Project Manager to take over a 60 million pound Edinburgh project starting ASAP

Works involve overseeing and managing works in the Edinburgh council areas in occupied houses. Works will involve fire door replacements, fire stopping, sprinkler installs and containment.

Must have previous experience or similar project experience and ideally be a Joiner to trade.

SMSTS / SSSTS as a minimum.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience but will range from 50-70k per annum
