- Project Support: Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and the integration of new machinery and equipment.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve production issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 0–3 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing environment. Recently graduated applicants will be considered.
- Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt training provided).
- Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in IT systems such as Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Personal Drive: Motivated, resourceful, and capable of managing tasks independently.
