Service Engineer/Strategic Engineer

6825 car allowance per year
Central Belt, with some sites based in Aberdeen, stay overs may be required.
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for planned preventative maintenance, commissioning small works, and attending reactive callouts on various BMS systems (Trend, Cylon, Siemens, Tridium).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPM, system backups, and maintain controls equipment across service agreement sites
- Attend callouts and breakdowns, ensuring timely responses in line with SLAs
- Supervise junior engineers and manage subcontractors
- Commission and manage DDC control systems, completing wiring and commissioning schedules
- Ensure all projects meet client specifications and adhere to H&S policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience with BMS system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong client relationship skills and technical knowledge sharing with peers
- Electrical competent
Experience with at least one of the below:
- Trend
- Tridium
- Schneider
- Siemens
- ALC
Training on additional systems will be provided as necessary.
