Randstad CPE are working with a leading FM provider who are currently looking for a Fabric Maintenance Supervisor to join their team covering a large static site in Edinburgh.

Role Requirements

  • Oversee all Fabric Maintenance PPM schedules & planned small works, SLA's of accounts within your control
  • Work closely with a team of maintenance assistants/ handypersons to assist
  • Maintain procedures for monitoring the effectiveness and performance
  • Carry out reviews of service contracts
  • Develop a planned regime for the proactive maintenance of all fabric assets through-out your allocated portfolio
  • Develop client relationships to secure extra works

Qualifications

  • Qualified within a fabric discipline
  • Background in the supervision of building fabric services operation and maintenance
