We're delighted to be partnering with Scottish Rugby as they look to bring in a Digital Campaign Lead, following an internal promotion. This is a key role as part of a talented team where you'll take the lead on planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels.

It's a fast-paced, proactive and reactive role but it's certainly exciting and you'll be working across Men/Women's nationals, U20s, as well as Rugby Development.

This role would be hybrid from Murrayfield with some weekend working required.

We're looking for...

  • Significant campaign management experience - across owned and paid channels
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, proactive and reactive role/environment - eg sport, entertainment, retail, music, events
  • Working knowledge of running social media channels, web/SEO, video/audio platforms and paid digital marketing
  • Team management experience - you'll have a team of 2 working with you
  • Media planning and buying experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

You will be...

  • Developing and implementing integrated campaigns aimed at season/tournament promotion, ticketing launches, membership sign ups and new kit launches
  • Managing campaign budget and media buying to ensure maximum ROI
  • Managing and supporting a small team of Executives
  • Feeding into annual overall marketing plan
  • Working with a range of stakeholders across the business including wider marketing team, national teams, rugby development, ticketing etc
  • Working to define ideal marketing partnerships
  • Acting as Scottish Rugby's trend-spotter across social media to understand what fans and supporters are thinking and feeling
