This is a permanent position offering full-time hours (40hrs a week, working 11 pm-7 am over 5 nights)

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the night shift workers and ensure all staff are fully trained.
  • Making sure that the public areas are maintained, and events are prepared for.
  • Completing regular security walks and floor checks
  • Setting up continental breakfast
  • Performing night audit on Opera computer system
  • Providing excellent customer service to our guests.
  • Ensuring an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty.

"This role requires a candidate with management or supervisory experience, particularly in the hotel and hospitality sector. Experience with Opera computer systems is a bonus. Previous experience and an SIA card are desirable, but we will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate."
