We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover areas within the central belt of Scotland . The primary responsibilities include performing repairs and servicing work at client sites and office premises. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of practical field service experience in a similar role. Experience with any MFD/Photocopier products is acceptable. Applicants should be proficient in setting up local print and scan functions on any MFP and using MS Office products to confirm proper operation. More experienced engineers are also encouraged to apply.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional service levels to our clients at all times.
  • Promptly responding to and arriving at client sites within set SLA response times.
  • Repairing reported mechanical and IT issues on devices, and conducting regular scheduled preventative maintenance.
  • Staying updated with all service bulletins.
  • Networking equipment, including scanning and document management solutions, on all new multi-functional devices sold throughout the product range.
  • Managing all parts stock.
  • Providing remote technical phone support to clients, attempting to resolve issues over the phone.
  • Efficient time management and the ability to work at a fast pace are essential, as is being a quick learner with hands-on training.
