Job Title: Workplace - host
Location: Edinburgh
Pay Rate: 12.21/hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm after 13 weeks.
We're looking for a Workspace Coordinator to join our team and create a welcoming, well-organised office environment.
What You'll Do:
Be the go-to person for all staff and visitors-help with anything from tech issues to wellness activities.
Support the team in keeping the office running smoothly, from booking meeting rooms to coordinating events.
Keep the office tidy, safe, and compliant with Health & Safety standards.
Manage visitor check-ins, desk bookings, and help staff with their day-to-day needs.
Be the eyes and ears of the office, reporting any issues and helping find solutions quickly.
Assist with office supplies, ensuring there's always enough, but never too much!
What We're Looking For:
Experience: You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and have some experience in hospitality or customer service.
Skills: You communicate well, are detail-oriented, and love solving problems.
Traits: You're self-motivated, enjoy working independently, and have a natural ability to make people feel welcome and supported.
