Meraki Talent is working alongside a global Financial Services organisation to appoint a Back-Office Administrator to their already established Investment team. This is a full-time opportunity which is suitable for individuals with experience gained from a customer service or administration background. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to start a career within the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting various teams within the wider Investment Team
  • Day-to day administration tasks
  • Working with other departments to enhance processes for the greater efficiencies and controls within the team

You will be provided with full training in this role. The training period will require you to work in the office based in Edinburgh city centre, 5 days a week. On successful completion of the training period, you will then move to a hybrid working model.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be highly motivated, driven, and ambitious with the enthusiasm to learn
  • Have a genuine interest in Financial Services with a desire to work within the industry.
  • Have the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Be a team player but also be able to work well independently
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be competent using Microsoft Office packages
  • Possess skills which enable to you to plan and prioritise workload
