We're looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper and Office Manager to join Confor, a members' organisation with a mission to strengthen the voice of the sector and support businesses at all levels.

We're looking for someone who has:* Experience working as a bookkeeper, with a keen eye for detail* Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a small team* A high level of accuracy when inputting and maintaining financial records* Experience handling financial administration, including invoicing, payroll, and supplier payments

You are:* A proactive and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in ensuring everything is done correctly* Able to balance multiple responsibilities and work independently, while being a strong team player* Comfortable managing financial tasks as well as general office administration* A problem solver who can find efficient ways to tackle everyday challenges
