Description
- Managing set up & maintenance of company website and links to specific social media
- Arranging/renewing and monitoring contracts with key suppliers (e.g. insurers, telephone, utilities). Will require strong commercial judgement
- Arranging client meetings, travel, carrying out ad hoc research, client correspondence for Managing Director
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion & professionalism
- Daily management of office premises (including insurance, checking presentation, maintenance, events, organising and file management, managing cleaners, organising repairs & redecoration, management of part time handyman)
- Experience of property renovation a bonus
- To be based in Edinburgh office

- Assist with personal matters, including but not limited to, managing household staff and coordinating family events
- Carry out research for the family
- Arrange travel logistics, both domestic and international
- Art collection management - establish collection inventory, exhibition and museum loans, logistics, research and photography
- Managing family cars, insurance, maintenance etc
- Managing properties, maintenance, renovations and oversee trades
- Act as gatekeeper/initial point of contact for Philanthropy
- FG email/calendar access [TBC]
Profile
- Educated to degree standard
- 5+ years in a similar role
- Advanced IT skills, with extensive practical experience
- Advanced Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills & experience
- Driving license
- Highly organised & methodical
- Highly motivated, a self-starter, hard working, with a high level of flexibility
- Willing and able to take responsibility, and to handle multiple workflows simultaneously
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills
- Solution focused, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling very sensitive information
- Detail orientated, and an appreciation/knowledge of art and culture
- Ability to travel at short notice. Ad hoc travel to London a bonus.
Job Offer
A salary of between £40,000 - £50,000
