Valeco Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client again, who are an established Scottish Professional Services firm who are hiring a permanent full time Office Administrator who will play a vital role in supporting their operations. We're seeking a dedicated and organised individual to provide administrative support across various areas, including:

  • Client Relations: Handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Data Entry: Accurately inputting data into our systems.
  • Systems Maintenance: Assisting with the upkeep and optimization of our office systems.
  • Board Meeting Support: Preparing materials, taking minutes, and providing administrative support for board meetings.
  • General Office Duties: Managing reception duties, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a smooth-running work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience working in an office environment, preferably in the financial or accountancy sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
