As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the busy teams and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including managing the hiring process, coordinating staff appraisals, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also oversee office maintenance, liaise with external suppliers and work closely with the admin team to maintain a positive and efficient working environment. Your ability to multitask and stay organised in a bustling office will be crucial to your success.The PersonYou will be a confident and well-organised individual with a knack for managing multiple tasks. You should have excellent communication skills, a good command of Microsoft Office and a proven track record in office administration. Experience in HR duties, such as reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, and managing staff inductions, is essential. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you. Your ability to stay focused and organised under pressure will ensure you excel in this position.The BenefitsOn offer is a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
