Looking for an individual with office management and people coordination experience with a background within a corporate or sales environment. The ideal candidate will be hard-working and have strong interpersonal skills to successfully complete this role.
Pay Rate: £16.00 p/h
Duration: 3 months
Hours: 5-days a week in office
Location: Edinburgh, EH2
You will be required to:
- Manage and optimise HR processes and systems.
- Manage operational tasks related to the employee background checks. This includes background checks, on-boarding, transfers, perks and departures.
- Communicate people policies and processes to employees.
- Manage the Edinburgh office and a daily basis, maintaining health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the office is tidy and stocked with supplies.
- Ensuring the internal team have the tools and spaces to give clients the best experience when visiting the office.
