Bar & Waiting Staff - Charity BoxingSummerley Recruitment are a specialist Catering & Hospitality agency and we are excited to be supporting a charity boxing event for a great cause on Friday 28th & Saturday 29th March at the Portobello Town Hall.We are looking for experienced Bar & Waiting staff to provide VIP table service and drinks orders at the event. We are on the lookout for staff with the following experience (6 months minimum);

  • Waiting - Experience as a waiter/waitress at sporting events, weddings, motorsport, cafes, restaurants and hotels. You must be able to work within a team with a good work ethic.

  • Bartending - Serving the perfect pint, know how to adjust the pour depending on the pump speed, knowing the signs of an empty barrel. Knowing how to serve different spirits & mixers, measurements for spirits & wines.
