Description
- Manage and maintain the Raisers Edge database ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Coordinate with team members on project-related tasks.
- Manage and handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with organisation's policies and regulations.
- Participate actively in team meetings and events.
- Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Profile
- CRM experience
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good understanding of the Not For Profit sector.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
