Description

  • Manage and maintain the Raisers Edge database ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Coordinate with team members on project-related tasks.
  • Manage and handle incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with organisation's policies and regulations.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and events.
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Profile

  • CRM experience
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A good understanding of the Not For Profit sector.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
