Head of Property

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting a 6 month interim Head of Property position with a Housing Organisation based in Edinburgh. The role will be filled for 6 months initially until the organisation begin a permanant recruitment process for the role (which the successful candudate would be able to apply for).

The organisation are going through a period of change and are looking for someone who can come in to the role with enthusiasim and have the knowledge and experience to steady the team and make any appropriate changes.

You will report directly to the CEO and you will be part of the Executive Management Team so will be involved in strategic planning, delivering growth through investment plans for assets and ensuring robust Health and Safety Compliance. The roles responsibilities will be :

• Strategic Planning and Growth
• Asset Management - overall responsibility for all repairs and maintenance contract managment
• Health & Safethy Compliance
• Performanace Management.

Experience within property and or housing at a senior level is essential to be considered for this role.
