Your new companyYou will join a leading organisation which provides management services to the infrastructure and renewables market. They offer both operational and financial management services to a range of project portfolios across the UK and Europe. Your new roleWithin this role you will support the HR Director with various administrative and operational tasks to deliver across HR aspects of the employee lifecycle. This will include recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, maintaining accurate HR records and supporting HR policy.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, it is essential that you have worked in an HR role in a similar capacity. Key areas of experience should include -- Good understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of theorganisation- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in maintaining records and managing multiple tasks- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and independentlyWhat you'll get in returnThis organisation offers a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.
