- Administration: Organise meeting logistics, circulate agendas, and collate necessary reports and documents from various professionals.
- Minute Taking: Attend specialist meetings, accurately summarising and recording discussions and decisions to a standard suitable for court use if necessary.
- Follow-up Tasks: Complete all necessary follow-up administration, including legal notifications.
- Listening and Judgment: Exceptional listening skills and the ability to discern key issues for accurate and concise minute-taking.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for liaising with professionals and non-professionals alike.
- Experience: Previous experience taking minutes at complex, multi-agency meetings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant computer systems and a solid understanding of business support tasks.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
