Are you a dedicated SEND Teacher looking for a full-time role in a supportive Primary School? Flourish Education are working with a local school in Northfield that want to appoint a teacher on a temporary basis to work within their SEND Hub. This position is starting ASAP and is expected to continue until June.

As a SEND Teacher you will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver engagement lessons to children from Nursery up to Year 2
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Work closely with support staff, SENCO and outside agencies to provide an inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience teaching students with SEND in a Resource Base or SEND School
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Ability to differentiate lessons for pupils with additional needs.
