Temporary Part Time Finance Assistant
Start date: ASAP
End date: End of march
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm (Monday to Wednesday - fully office based)
Salary: 14 - 15 per hour
Location: Edinburgh City Centre
We are looking for a detail oriented Finance Assistant to support our clients finance department on a temporary part-time basis. Candidates MUST HAVE previous Xero experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Uploading financial documents
- Reconciling transactions
- Managing various other tasks related to Xero
- Processing payroll & handling banking operations
- Various office administration tasks
What You Bring:
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
- Previous experience in financial assistance/ administration is a must
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
