Temporary Sales Ledger Assistant
Starting:

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Accounts assistant to help over their busy summer period.

What You'll Do:

  • Creating sales invoices
  • Verifying receipt and alignment of sales orders with sales invoices
  • Reconciling remittance advices with sales invoices
  • Organising Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger documents
  • Jointly overseeing the receipt of supplier invoices
  • Ensuring administrative submissions by Operations staff to Accounts are current
  • Performing general administrative tasks within the Accounts Department as needed

We like the person to have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and diligence
  • Experience with Sales Ledger or other Accounts Department roles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles
