Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers entering the showroom with a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
  • Answer inbound calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments, providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to customers when requested, adding a personal touch to their experience.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area, following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Handle email inquiries promptly and efficiently, showcasing your excellent written communication skills.
  • Assist with general ad hoc administration duties, including scanning, filing, and other tasks as required.
