Meraki Talent are excited to bring to market this senior position with our long-standing international based client, to recruit an experienced Global Payroll Manager. You will work closely with Heads of HR, Payroll and Operations, developing strategy, planning and delivery of payroll for this global business.This is an outstanding opportunity to be involved and lead of projects, drive continuous improvement, have a global overview of the end-to-end payroll process, whilst remaining 'hands on' with your team.The role

  • Ensure global payroll team deliver against key metrics and management reporting requirements
  • Manage BAU activity across regional jurisdictions
  • Monitor and improvement SLAs, KPIs and Payroll standards
  • Contribute to enhanced payroll controls and risk management framework
  • Ensure all procedures/processes are in line with regional payroll laws, regulations and requirements
  • Initiate and review quality assurance to ensure integrity of payroll data
  • Risk Mitigation, develop plans
  • Manage stakeholder relationship across the business - HR, Finance, Operations at all levels
  • Provide meaningful analysis - payroll performance, costs and trends etc..
  • Actively involved with projects involving payroll systems, organisational structure, continuous improvement drives etc..

About you

  • Payroll leader/manager, ideally with a global organisation
  • Min 5 years at Manager/Lead level
  • Excellent knowledge of Payroll systems - Workday would be advantageous
  • Strong experience of managing senior stakeholders
  • Previous experience as Payroll SME in Projects or Transformation
