Our client, a leader in Property Management, partners with some of Edinburgh's most prestigious businesses. They're seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their vibrant Edinburgh City Centre team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Payroll Administrator, you'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for multiple payrolls on a 4-weekly cycle. Your ability to handle complexity and maintain accuracy will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile timesheets, holiday pay, and statutory payments.
  • Manage new starters, leavers, and salary adjustments.
  • Assist with third-party payment requests and weekly profit & loss reporting.
  • Handle payroll journals, employee contracts, and maintain the payroll inbox.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven payroll accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of statutory payments and related calculations.
  • Confidence in working independently, meeting deadlines, and managing priorities.
