Due to various internal projects they are looking to add resource to their Payroll team, initially on a temporary basis for 6 months with the opportunity for a permanent appointment.

Edinburgh City Centre - hybrid working

Salary £28-32k

Responsibilities

  • Manage biweekly/monthly payroll processes; prepare payroll submissions for the outsourced providers, and thoroughly review and reconcile changes for these payrolls
  • Data entry for the in house UK payrolls
  • Liaise with vendors, advisors to ensure the processing of payrolls
  • Co-ordinate with international payroll counterparts to ensure smooth transactions for transferring/ expatriate employees
  • Support the annual compensation/ salary & bonus process. Conduct thorough checking to ensure the accuracy of data in payroll
  • Administer the annual adjustments/ increases to payrolls for salary and bonus purposes
  • Compile, reconcile and submit monthly pension returns
  • General administration and mail box duties
