Role DescriptionWe are currently looking for a payroll supervisor to join our team. This is a flexible role which could be part time or full time depending on individual circumstances.Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the efficient and effective running of the Payroll department
  • Processing client payrolls
  • Processing CIS liabilities for clients
  • Setting up payroll payments on behalf of clients
  • Complying with auto-enrolment rules
  • Completing P11ds
  • Raising invoices
  • Meeting client expectations in terms of accuracy and timescales for delivery of work
  • Being highly responsive to client needs
  • Looking for opportunities to drive Payroll growth, profitability and efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 3 years’ payroll experience
  • Experience of Brightpay software is preferable, however, not essential
  • Ability to act as a mentor to more junior staff
  • Encouraging good report / team spirit
  • A professional, respectful, and friendly manner
  • Ability to build and develop client relationships.
