Role DescriptionWe are currently looking for a payroll supervisor to join our team. This is a flexible role which could be part time or full time depending on individual circumstances.Responsibilities:

Supporting the efficient and effective running of the Payroll department
Processing client payrolls
Processing CIS liabilities for clients
Setting up payroll payments on behalf of clients
Complying with auto-enrolment rules
Completing P11ds
Raising invoices
Meeting client expectations in terms of accuracy and timescales for delivery of work
Being highly responsive to client needs
Looking for opportunities to drive Payroll growth, profitability and efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3 years’ payroll experience
Experience of Brightpay software is preferable, however, not essential
Ability to act as a mentor to more junior staff
Encouraging good report / team spirit
A professional, respectful, and friendly manner
Ability to build and develop client relationships.
