An innovative, values driven consumer business, based in Edinburgh is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join the team as Payroll Supervisor. You will bring a wealth of payroll experience and knowledge including multinational payroll experience to the role. Hybrid working is offered.

We're looking for a Payroll SupervisorTo succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in multinational payroll, with a strong grasp of pension schemes, HMRC compliance, Payroll Giving, Cycle to Work, and other payroll-specific functions.
  • Vast experience of payroll systems-able to navigate complex processes with confidence and precision.
  • An eye for detail and a love for efficient, accurate processes.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and a systematic approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with outsourced payroll providers.
  • Solid month-end process knowledge to ensure financial accuracy and timely account reconciliation.
