Contract Duration: 3+ months

Working Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 or 08:30 - 16:30

Hourly Rate: £40.00 - £42.00 per hour - £1,008 per week / £4,032 per month before tax

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at a private hospital in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duties:

Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients covering wards
Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on drug therapy
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Requirements:

Registered Pharmacist with (GPhC)
Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
