Administration Manager
Based in Leith | On-site role
Full Time hours | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm
Temp to Permanent role | ASAP start
Pay rate of up to 17.50 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our UK-wide clients to recruit an Administration Manager for their office in Leith. The successful candidate will be brought in initially as a temp with an ASAP start date, and the role will become permanent after 3 to 6 months of temp.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Providing comprehensive administration management & support across a number of functions within the business
* Oversight of all administrative processes across the business
* Management of all HR & Recruitment administration
* Line management of staff within Administration functions
* Oversight of all Finance functions across the business including reconciliations
* Various other administration & management duties as directed/required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience in Senior Administration roles including line management of a team carrying out similar duties to the above - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisation skills with the flexibility to turn your hand to a variety of different duties
* Solid IT Skills including the use of Word, Excel & Outlook
