Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in Quality or Compliance for a 3-month contract with possible extension.
The position offers a salary of £35,000 per year and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
The role involves supporting project management meetings, assisting with Quality Management Systems, and managing various Quality Systems.
Candidates should have strong analytical skills, experience with Quality Systems, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The position allows for hybrid working, with 1-2 days in the office located in Galashiels, and fully remote candidates will also be considered.

Support project management meetings to stay informed on product quality & compliance.
Assist with Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes
Review batch records for imported products and complete RPi release steps for UK/GB distribution.
Manage Quality Systems such as Documentation Control, Change Control, Auditing, and Training.
Participate in internal audits (self-inspections), identifying and addressing any compliance gaps.
Deliver GxP and SOP training to ensure adherence to procedures.
