Responsibilities of a Mechanical Process Engineer;
* Ensure compliance is maintained across all AI-UK sites
* Quality check the services to ensure they are in accordance with company standards.
* Generating monthly key performance indicators for presentation to the wider business.
* Maintaining a good working relationship with inspection providers account managers, engineers, administrators and company site managers.
* Be the initial point of contact between the national statutory inspection providers and the business operational contacts.
* Manage and administrate the National Statutory Inspection Accounts.
* Maintain schedules and all process trackers.

Requirement's of a Mechanical Process Engineer
* Develop and maintain the master inspection plans including regular backups (monthly or more regularly if required).
* Maintain site list and update site contact details.
* Receive notifications in respect of concerns, complaints and aborted visits and keep records as required.
* Seek to resolve conflict by identifying and proposing suitable resolutions.
* Organise, manage and maintain a central copy of current and historic statutory inspection reports.
* Maintain the inspection and test administrator manuals.
* Generate a range of monthly KPI reports (overdue activities, defects, rectification progress, costs, trends, challenges etc.) for presentation to the wider business and EXCO (as required)
